Rifuwo Energy Partners (‘REP’) stands as a black-owned, controlled, and managed Independent Power Producer (‘IPP’), specializing in investments in renewable and clean energy projects.
The majority ownership of REP, amounting to a 58% stake, is held by Mathaholo Investment Holding. Additionally, REP has entered into a strategic partnership with the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF), South Africa’s largest and distinguished pension fund, known for providing extensive benefits and secure retirement solutions for government employees, securing a 42% stake in REP.
